On the evening of Friday, September 30, 2011, Collegiate Times photo editor Daniel Lin and news writer Cody Owens did a ridealong with Matt McMurray, the owner of Campus Automotive, as he patrolled various Blacksburg apartment complexes for illegally parked vehicles per a towing contract.
