Virginia Tech commemorates Veterans Day

The Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets has graduated many soldiers in its 141 years. As such, the Corps holds Veteran’s Day near and dear to its heart and had several events to commemorate the sacrifice that so many have made for freedom.

Virginia Tech is consistently ranked for having the best on-campus food in the country. As such, it’s only fitting that Blacksburg hosts the same caliber of food off campus as it does on. For burgers, there are a handful of restaurants that make the cut. Most notably Five Guys, Mike’s, and Sharkey’s.
Corps celebrates Halloween with Stick or Treat

The Corps of Cadets has many time-honored traditions. One such tradition will take place this afternoon on the Upper Quad. Stick or Treat occurs every year on Halloween, and will take place this year on Wednesday in order to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Skipper.
