VTU was informed late Friday that K’Naan will not be the opening act for Maroon 5 on Nov. 10.
The tour has instead placed Fitz and the Tantrums as opening support.
In a VTU release, the organization acknowleged that people who have purchased tickets may be upset over the sudden change.
"We recognize that for many ticket holders this will be VERY disappointing news and we are trying to get more information. However, the tour/agencies representing the tour are not obligated to do so."
