You should realize early in your career that you have to look for jobs fairly often. The Bureau of Labor has recently seen that the average American between the ages of 18 to 34 have about nine different jobs so you have to be ready to look around fairly regularly. Having an ongoing job maintenance and your own professional networks are vital to moving on.
