Virginia Tech will test its emergency notification system Tuesday morning by participating in a statewide tornado drill.
The drill, which will begin at 10:50 a.m., will send all aspects of the university's emergency notification system, including VT Alerts and classroom LED boards, into action.
It is the second test for the VT Desktop Alerts, a feature that first appeared during the 2009 fall semester.
