Blacksburg Police arrested two men early Friday morning and charged them with spray painting the building of a downtown business.

Anthony Carson, 22, and Jeffrey Gross, 21, are charged with vandalism.

Both men are residents of Blacksburg. Because of ongoing legal proceedings, the men did not comment on the arrests.

The men were arrested when police were called to the scene by a report of vandalism in progress at about 3:00 a.m.

This vandalism incident seems to be related to about 25 or 30 other, similar vandalisms, according to police. The series of related incidents began in late January.
