A Goddard family creation, this combination of chocolate and fruit makes for an appetizing dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With friends or family over, this pie is guaranteed to go quickly, so make sure to get the first slice.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:

1 box sugar free strawberry Jell-O

1 small box blueberries

1 small box raspberries

Ready-made chocolate piecrust

Whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

1. Clean blueberries and raspberries and fill piecrust close to the brim.

2. Follow instructions on Jell-O box to prepare mixture. When finished, pour the liquid Jell-O mix into piecrust. Don’t fill crust to the top or it will overflow when Jell-O becomes firm.

3. Place pie in fridge for two hours or until Jell-O is firm.

4. Add a swirl of whipped cream to add a little something extra to send it over the top. Serve and enjoy.
