Blacksburg Police obtained a felony warrant charging Derick Gregory Wilson with a violation of Virginia Code 18.2-85 (Manufacture, possession, use, etc., of fire bombs or explosive materials or devices), said a media release from the department.
A small explosion was reported at about 2:50 a.m. Aug. 1 at the 400 block of Harrell Street. The Blacksburg Police worked in conjunction with several other investigative unites.
