I know we are all still upset about the end result of last week's game.
I'm sure we all woke up on Friday and our guts were killing us because of the stomach punch we received the previous night.
However, the atmosphere was so intense in Lane Stadium that it reminded me of the time I went to the 2003 Miami game.
From 1st down to 4th down, we were loud! We seemed to only let our voices rest for about five seconds between plays before we would start yelling again.
I know that the individuals who were standing in section J with me were getting so pumped up that at times, we were yelling through the commercial breaks too. It was an awesome experience and the way a football game should be.
Trying to move past this game is going to be tough. But with that said, I challenge all of us to not give up on this season.
The passion that we showed last Thursday night is what makes it special to be a Hokie fan. We cannot let our passion for this season die.
We can't let ourselves become normal fans. This team's season isn't over. We still have a shot to win the ACC Championship and we have the possibility to make it down to South Beach for the Orange Bowl.
So while we are obviously saddened by the result of the Boston College game, don't you dare become silent! There are still a lot of great things that can happen this season, but the team won't be able to do it without us.
So let's continue to go crazy for our Hokies and hopefully I'll see some you guys down in Atlanta this Thursday so we can continue to yell our hearts out.
