Virginia Tech wide receiver Ike Whitaker was arrested on public intoxication charges after blowing a .33 Blood Alcohol level early Friday, Oct. 3, outside Oge Chi's dance club. Officer Sedrick Hayes, of the bicycle mounted unit, made the arrest said Sgt.
