For most college students, NASCAR is not the most desirable form of sports entertainment, but a unique opportunity presented itself and I traveled to Martinsville this weekend for my first NASCAR experience.
Stewart to leave Joe Gibbs Racing to form own team

According to the Associated Press, NASCAR star Tony Stewart announced last Thursday that after this season, he will part ways with Joe Gibbs Racing and take on the role of owner-driver at his new home, Haas-CNC Racing.
