Letter: Increase transportation to, from Blacksburg

Transportation
Walking, biking, driving and taking the Blacksburg Transit bus service are the main transportation options for students and residents to get around Blacksburg.
Major transportation issues in Blacksburg include delays, ongoing construction, parking shortages, parking tickets and new bike laws.
U Car Share was also introduced to the Virginia Tech campus in September 2009. The service allows students ages 18-21 to rent a car for a short period of time as needed.
